Well now its getting to our hottest time of year. I started on a small project. Almost done with that. So next will be a bed. Man I got alot of stuff to do. its almost overwhelming .

I bought them to square up my MFT. But now I use the GRS so ya I use them for checking square and squaring things up.

They were selling large squares cut on a CNC fairly reasonable.

They quit selling them,  but the last time I was there I axed them if they had any left and they did. Something like $29.
Its very accurate as accurate as the WP square

Mine wasn’t. Basically it was wrapped in cardboard, no buffer for anything to get dinged or smashed. Really disappointing since they could get decent boxes and other materials from ULine or similar.

Maybe you can make yer own out of MDF or Phenolic.

Do a search for "woodworking wizard" here. Ian (RIP) was a genius at coming up with making stuff like squares. If i remember correctly he did make some pretty cool squares.... It was sometime ago but the post should still be accessible

Did you consider a mini split? It's a very affordable option, I went for a Pioneer Mini Split that's awesome   106 is insanely hot lol

No, that's why I asked. I have not looked but there may be some recommendation in the manual for an acceptable storage temperature range for batteries.

Just as a guess I would say what's comfortable for us Humans.

So I would hazard a guess and say set the fridge to the highest setting you can to save energy and still keep the batteries cool.

Unless you plan to use it to keep drinks cool too but too cold is probably as bad for batteries as too hot.

So looks like 59°F(15°C) is the place to be but they recommend following the manufacturers guidelines of course.

From a Festool cordless tool manual. I would imagine they all read about the same.

"Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 5 °C and 25 °C."

Thanks its going to be 115 today and most of the week so the firidge is kept at #4 Im going out there soon add some drinks.

Got to really hydrate in this weather. I still woodowrk but take my time work until the heat gets to me then in the house and chill. Maybe go to a mall walk around to get out of the house a bit
