Title: Retractable vac hose

I'm in the middle of sorting out how to hang my hose from the ceiling using bungee's and I came across this video. I thought it was pretty ingenious and I will likely be copying using a hose reel coupled to the vac hose.

I’d probably use some sort of retractor from Gear Keeper.  Might have to contact them about the length and weight you need.  Their website isn’t the easiest to navigate.

You might want to consider using a Unistrut trolley (http://www.unistrut.us/index.php?WP=cat_detail&S=S05&P=P2751) inside a length of Unistrut.
