I also made this out of aluminum to add the second dust port for the hammer band saw.
It is a aluminum tube with tapper hole inside welded to a 3/8 plate and 6 small magnets at the face to keep it on the side of the machine safely.

The dust nozzle was made out of 2.5 x 6 inches round stock 6061 and is fully adjustable. The height of the nozzle can be change from 5" to 20" by moving the stainless steel plates and adjustable handles. It also gets connected to 27mm hose inside and 36mm outside. Here the pics

How about test drive.

Here is 35mm hole in 35mm or maybe 40 material without dust collector.

and with 27mm dust collector attached. Scary nice and very satisfied.

Beautiful setup and nice to have all the additional support and also to be able to utilize it with adjacent tools like your CMS.

Question about your drill press.

It looks like you can raise/lower the height of the head on the column as well as the table like most drill presses.

Thanks for the comment and yes you can raise/lower both the head and the table and they both turn 360 degree around the column.

Well, It is done.
It is made with domino, only 24 #12 screws were used for casters. This is just dry fit to make sure it fits nice and then I have to sand and paint. Oh and some hardware for both sides slot wall.

Now I opened everything to sand and finish.

This is what puzzles me. You made this rack and your shop still looks like surgery room. Where is the dust and random junk?

Thanks, painting goes slow because of the steps and sanding between the coats but I think will be done by next Sunday.

Great job.

I promised myself to keep it this way but do not count on it.

Junk usually gets clean up right after work and move to garage and sit there till garbage day.

OK folks, the clamp rack is done.

You might ask for the dimensions or how much space does it takes to park the rack?
Not much but will hold a lot of clamps and accessories. It takes a space just like you put three sys-port next to each outer with sortainer on the top. Look at the picture below.

It holds up to 40 bessey k body on both sides from 12" to 40" which I have 8 of each. I also have the 50" and 60" which will be stored under the stairs. The rest of the clamps and accessories are on both sides. The green blades or however you want to call it, is used as a handle to move the rack around easily.

Thanks for the comments everyone.
I have to make 6 storage area here to finish the shop, not buying any tools or changing any ideas that I had at the beginning of the building this workshop just finishing what I had in mind.
I think I will work on storage area for all measuring, marking and scale tools next. I have to visit the garage tomorrow morning to see what lumber I have left.

It looks like you have some kliklamps on the side. What mount did you go with to hold them?

Thanks, unfortunately there is no solution for kliklamps to hold them like this in the market to buy.
I made this holder myself in the shop. I just came upstairs but tomorrow morning I can take it off and take a picture of the holder if it would give you any idea.

I don't know if I am envious, jealous, feel inadequate or lazy.

I guess I'll just tell myself that I work 18hours a day with no help and possibly you don't do the volume of work I do(for me it my full time job and hobby) or you have some kind of helper.

My wife sees your shop and I am in for a world of hurt. My shop looked like that ONCE, the day I moved in. I really need to get this place cleaned up.

Here is what I made. You just slide it in slat wall and drop the kliklamp in.

Helper is almost a dream for me and I do this as hobby for right now, but I am busy with two businesses which makes me to work 18 hours a day. I only sleep 4 to 5 hours a day and I am just fine.
Cleaning the shop is easy and a must to do thing for me or I should say I got this just like any other habit that is hard to quit.
