**DISCLAIMER** Always check your local electrical code
-Do both power tools fed from the same breaker? If no, there is no problem
-If both power tools are on the same 30 amps: check the rate (not peak) of each tool. If your shaper draw 22amps and your power feeder draw 16amps your breaker will suffer from fatigue and at one point will trip.
I am not familiar with power feeder but I believe you can tweak the feed rate/pressure which may change the consumption. For example if your power feeder is set to apply a maximum of pressure on the lumber and you feed the shaper with hard wood like Wenge, the total consumption will increase. You can go a bit over 30amps but it's at your own risk

eventually the breaker will trip. Your power tools should not get damaged tho.
Note: Personally when a breaker has tripped more then 5 times I ditch it
