Crazy Brits at their best

Below is a video of Guy Martin breaking the Wall of Death world record. He's mad as a a box of frogs with balls of steel.  The first record was completed on a custom Indian and his final attempt was on a bike he built himself based on a BSA. That run was 78mph pulling 6.69 constant vertical G.

I was relieved to hear the presenter tell him he wasn't allowed to have another go. - I think he'd have carried on until he hurt himself. Great bloke, very likeable

Guy Martin is brilliant, a real character and very funny. Loads of world records for speed in a huge variety of vehicles. He talks at 100 MPH too. Absolutely loves motorcycles too. Top man.
Says everything twice he does.  I said he says everything twice he does.

FWIW...it doesn't look like a Beezer to me, looks more like a knucklehead with an extended swingarm. It would have been really interesting to watch the board trackers from 100 years ago though, racing on bad tires, bad suspensions, bad tracks  and questionable mechanical components.

So...who wouldn't want to own and ride one of these?

She's certainly better looking and would be more exciting than a Domino...

Don't know if you guys across the pond watch Top Gear, I know there was some awe full American version made but it you wondered where the inspiration for your space program came from you copied that from us too, with a bit more success though.  [big grin]

Thanks for posting the Isle of Man vid, fabulous racing footage. I watched the entire thing and there were times I started to become dizzy when they were in the shadows. So much different than track racing.  [thumbs up]
