Not woodshop related, but this is one of those time-savers or problem-solvers that some may find useful. VIM Tools VHC77 stubby bit set. The bits are 16mm long vs that standard 25mm and the ratchet is a bit shallower than most as well. The set comes with a full complement of everything Audi shoved into my engine bay and a few others for good measure. I swear the engineers over there go to a local nut and bolt warehouse and choose one of everything. To make matters worse, they aren't consistent from car to car. One might have a T30 for a particular application and the other will have an M8 triple square.
Anyway, the set doesn't come cheap. $80-90 on Amazon. Here is a pic comparing the familiar Wera ratchet with the included T30 vs. the VIM ratcheting wrench with their 16mm T30.
