@derekcohen Those are two planes I would love to own. Unfortunately they are made of unobtanium. The 4 1/2 anniversary just went for $2000 (maybe more, didn't follow the auction) on eBay. The #3 bronze also commands a near $1000 price tag.

Interesting Matt. I know that Covid and disrupted manufacturing had led to an increase in the prices in the used market (not by the manufacturers), but was unaware of the current asking prices. It does not affect me - I just use them.

Rumor is L-N is going to start up production of the 1, 2, 3 again 'soon.' No bronze versions, though. That #4 1/2 anniversary I believe retailed for $700 so it's no small wonder that it is going for $2k with 16 years time and the scarcity of it.
