What are these?

I picked up a tabletop CNC today from an estate sale today.  These 2 pieces were in the box and wrapped in plastic. Any idea what they are for?  The instructions are for connecting to the computer and a little on the software but is in Chinese I’m assuming.

I got an answer. They are to tighten/loosen the 3-jaw chuck on the lathe portion of the CNC.
