Where are you located?
In the US, Tools Plus has them.

I’ve heard the CT26 bags might fit, but I haven’t tried yet.  Amazon sells powertec bags for the CT26, which brings down the cost substantially.  If you want the metabo bags there were a few a sellers on eBay last time I looked.

Watch the powertec bags.... They're leaky. For normal wood dust they're ok. But I sanded some lacquer and the colored dust got everywhere and into the hepa filter. I wasn't happy.
CT 26E, RO125, sys-mft, sys-toolbox, a bunch of 30 year old tools I'm looking to replace.

I’m assuming the self cleaning Hepa filters on the Metabo would tolerate the Powetec bags better than the Festool.  But I don’t have much insight other than their marketing fluff, so YMMV applies.

Tool fetch is the only one I’ve found that has them in stock at a reasonable price.  With shipping it’s $50 to my door.  Looks like everyone else is out of stock or inflated the prices, which is probably why you asked the question.

Regarding my statement about the Hepa filter cleaning, I was incorrect, the manual states the cleaning is not active when using fleece bags.  Further, the CT26 bags fit over the collar, however there is no way to latch the cardboard flange on the bag to the inside of the bucket.  I’m not sure the Metabo bags have a latching mechanism (I would hope they would and there are two twist lock type tabs inside the bucket, but pictures of the bag don’t suggest there is a locking mechanism).

CT-26 bags will fit in the Metabo/Starmix vac. The Starmix bags don't have a locking tab per se, but they fit tightly and I think I remember a plastic nub that helps keep them in place. Never had one come loose.
