Just ordered the Jessem guides for my router table (http://www.jessemdirect.com/product_p/04215.htm), and was thinking about adding some for the Table Saw (http://www.jessemdirect.com/product_p/04301.htm), but was hesitant since they are 2.5x as expensive as the router version.  Otherthan an announcement of the product on the FOG, I haven't seen anyone discuss the TS version's functionality, and whether they are worth it.  So I was wondering if anyone with experience using the TS guides has any thoughts about them?

I had excellence experience with the router table guides so I bought the table saw guides when they first were available. I didn't want to drill into the top of my fence so mounted the table saw guides on a piece of 3/4" oak. The oak board has an off/on super magnet at each end. I drop the oak board with the guides onto the fence, turn on the magnets, and I'm ready to cut.

The guides work as advertised. They hold the material to be cut down and against the fence.

The only negative is that the width of the guides' wheels limit how close the fence can come to the saw blade.

Thanks for the replies.  I have the Incra TS fence, so I would be able to use the T-slots for mounting.  I'll see how I like the router guides when they arrive tomorrow, and go from there.

I have both the router guides and the TS guides. 

I think the TS guides work really well.  They do an excellent job of keeping the workpiece held down and tight against the fence. 

As others have said, they just don't work for narrow stock.  However, when the stock is too narrow you simply move them up and out of the way. 

Yes they are a bit picey but I don't regret the purchase at all.
