Metabo 10” CMS cast (fixed) fence not coplaner.

I have a Metabo 10” miter saw that I’ve nearly used since I bought it. While making some cuts today, I noticed that the cast (fixed) fence is not coplaner. There is no adjustment for this. Has anyone had this issue? PM me and I’ll send a video which shows it clearly.
