I had their platinum TS for about a year and then sold it.  I didn't think it was very good.  Dust collection was awful and the blade wobbled.  The best thing they could think of was to send me a replacement arbor which would have been a bitch to change myself. That being said, I have heard their bandsaws are fantastic and they have an edge sander I would love to have.  Their CS has been criticized in the past but I found them to be pretty responsive.
