I didn't know they had a red line, must be pretty new. When I look at the prices at is obviously a cheaper alternative to their professional blue series.

I mean, I have a 16 piece Gedore spanner set that retails for €180, but they can offer this suitcase full of tools for only €120? This can only be cheap stuff.

But, considering it is still Gedore, it is probably a lot better than the average tool set aimed at hobbyists.

Red is a budget version and made in Taiwan. Blue made in EU.

Hi!

GEDORE red replaced the Carolus branded stuff.

Personally I will say that the Carolus branded stuff was a little more refined. Opinions may vary.

Carolus was, GEDORE red is entry level stuff.

Kind regards,
Oliver
