Gave the DF500 a bit of a workout today.

Double 8mm tenons for these 2" frames. There are 16 units that are 45" high and 66" wide, that's 256 plunges, plus an extra piece of each side. They are the mounting spacer for the other frames that cover the TV in some areas. The DF500 ran pretty much continuously for over an hour, not even warm.
This is part of the same job as the radius corner desks that I have been working on. You can actually see the parts for the next one in the left side of the background.

If there were only two tools that I could bring to an island...the SawStop (the island doesn't have an ER [tongue]) and DF500 would be a no brainer for me.
