Bedside tables
« on: March 03, 2020, 10:42 AM »
Arts and craft bedside tables from birdseye and tiger maple w/ebony accents.  Tried several stains to get the look I wanted but ended up blending dye using denatured alcohol which really brought out the character of the wood.

That's really great!  Nice figure - you had to work on that maple to bring it out!

Thanks for sharing!

Very nice.  I particularly like the joinery detail on the bread board ends.  :)

The finish is fantastic, it really shows off the beautiful figure of the wood.  Wonderful work!
