I just wanted to make a note. . .

While the Tour is called "Unplugged" I still assumed that all the other tools would be available and ready to try. (personally I have all the 18v I'm likely to buy)

There were no routers set up for trial/demo! While the team did their best to run around trying to set me up, when they finally found the router, there were none of the accessories I had wanted to experiment with.    :(     No Dominos on the truck either.

Just wanted to warn anyone heading to see the truck tour, based on trying non 18v tools. The edge bander was present and all set up however and I also saw a TS & Sword Saws and an ETS EC.
there's nothing like the right tool for the job

Yep, and only if buy a twin-pack deal! You do realise there isn't any money selling Festool? We do it for the love of excellent tools.

Sadly I'll probably have to bring the van, so no 'Harley' rides I'm afraid. (Harley, I ask you, who'd want one anyway, the only ones I see are on recovery trucks!  ;))

See you Wednesday, and no more cheek or you're banned.  [big grin]

All the 18V cordless machines will be discounted on the day and we have a twinpack deal with third battery, that's all I'm going to say right now, come on down for all the details.

Sadly, no Harley rides as I have to take the VW Sportline, which @jobsworth is welcome to a one-way trip in.  [eek]

So, it's our big day tomorrow at Woking Football Club, but obviously not everyone can get there to join in the fun. Therefore for the rest of today and tomorrow we have all the 18V cordless machines listed on our website at crazy prices.

Have a look here: http://www.toolfest.co.uk/festool-powerselect

For those coming along, drive safe and I'll see you there.

Great day well done guys.

The HK85 looked good with the trenching attachment, very powerful.

Had a quick play with HKC55 which for a battery saw is very powerful. I cut some 6x2 treated timber and it just flew through it.

A Hearty Well Done to Phil, Jimbo Warren and the rest of the crew. I tell ya that hKC with the dado head would go over big in the states with framers and rough carps. I never saw anything like it.

Was tempted to pick up the Conturo and PDC. Still may I dunno....

Didn't see Warrens Harley or Jax (Sons Of Anarchy). Had a nice day.

My daughter the model/assistant had fun to.
