IMO the best for Festool vision is the one from Jeff Duntemann.

A great tool frees one from thinking about the tool and allows to think about the result. Allowing to step up beyond what the better tool itself provides.

As a past student of management, I like Peter Drucker's the most. His words of wisdom explain why so many tools or machines found in hobby shops are relatively sitting idle.
