Trouble with FOG activation

Two week ago, I have changed my email address on the FOG account under username of rylim, and somehow it doesn't let me login to the account anymore after that. Now it kept prompting me to click the activation email, which I never received it. I have tried many ways to fix this issue includes using the "contact" which I was hoping the moderator to assist me. However, I never gotten any replies after trying for 2 weeks.

I do love this forum, and I understand it is not a paid forum which moderator might not that active at all. Therefore, I have no choice except creating another account to seek for help.

There seem to be issues with FOG system emails being either blocked or possibly not being sent (unlikely).

Did you use a google or icloud email account by chance ?
When The Machine has no brains, use yours.

I hope that this new account works better for you.  I just looked and can't find any members waiting for activation.  Also I can't see your original account.  I am sure that either Seth or I would have to tried to help within our abilities to help out if we had gotten a notification.  I don't know what happened or is happening.  The technical backend software part of the forum is handled by Festool directly.

As a follow-up to my previous post, @ry.lim I did find your old account in a round about way.  I have activated it and created a temporary password for you.  You should change that after logging in to your old account.  Please let me know when you have done that and I will delete this account per Forum guidelines.

PS:  you used a different email address back then that is like your current but ended in the number 8.

Did you use a google or icloud email account by chance ?

I think the same way. Yes, I did use the Google email account.

I changed it from Yahoo email address to a Google email address, and have encountered this issue since then.
