Let me know what ya think about the belt sander. Ive been thinking about getting one for a while now, even though they only come in 240, Im thinking it might be worth it.

@jobsworth I already have a 75 that's a dead ringer for the BS75 (so I'm not sure where they really come from) .. had it quite a while. It spends more time with it's upside down feet on it as a linisher and it's an awesome little beast. Just expecting the 105 to be bigger and better. Don't know when I'll get to use it in anger with the floating base, but I was playing with in on the floor (not switched on) and I can see it'll probably be awesome

The Anderson Plywood MFT square came in today, wrote a review, it is nice and will definitely do the job

I have the 105 belt sander and frame. It's extremely good, I've used it to sand numerous new floors, oak flooring in a 18th century chapel and with the frame and fine paper sand veneered panels for custom built cupboards.

The only time I've had trouble with it is when it's taking alot of material away, the belt is not overly tight and it can slip abit if the dust isn't being sucked away properly.

I had this happen when sanding back a Victorian tented veranda, and stripping hardwood worktops that were to be refinished, while doing the worktops I also found that moving the sander sideways slightly made the paper rub on the machine.

Just got one of these hopefully it will save my back on those long trips

They're excellent for such a simple tool. I got one when they were going cheap. I use it sometimes for my systainers but I've found it very useful for moving kitchen units around.

If you fit kitchens its really handy as it fits between the legs on a tall unit. You know how hard they are to lift up on your own without snapping the legs off. I find you can place the trolley under the unit then just lift it up and as you lift the base rolls towards you.

Once upright you can wheel it where you want, wind the legs down and just pull out the trolley.

I bought a MFK 700, was dealer old stock in old style systainer.  Also bought the zero base.  While trying to figure a way to attach this to my Rockler fluting jig I discovered that the base is threaded for the PC guide rings.!!  I filled the Rockler hole in the jig with a 1/4" acrylic plug and MEK'd it in place. Used the 1/8" hole that I used to center the plug for rounding on my disc sander, drilled the plug to 1/2" with acrylic drills and I now can install the 1/2" guide ring in the hole in the jig to hold the router.  I intend to enlarge the hole to accept the 1" guide ring but need to buy that size bit...tonights project.

Ordered 2 more Flag Stops for the MFT, That gives me 4 in total. I will order one or two more. Got the idea from Wood Work Wizard . They make great story poles to.

This intrigues me too.

? Which part, my groove unit and hk85 has arrived, and some new parallel clamps and a 2.7m rail are on their way.

Have done a few test cuts with the groove unit, think that it's gonna be a must have item. Also the Hk85 is massive...

Just bought the txs screwdriver and the kapex 120 

Has anyone used a HK 132, or seen it been demo'd  I 've never actually seen one.
