ETS 125.  Much easier to handle than the RO 125, at least as a finishing sander.
RO-125, model 2000 router, Domino 500, mini dust extractor.  Various bits & accessories & systainers.

I got another Systainer, the Sys Storage box. Pretty stoked. I'm thinking about using it for wood turning tools.

I am only 1/2 stoked.

Today I received the DX500 tenon set, and put it under the new DX700 tenon set which I got off of ebay.
Near that is a Seneca box from a couple of weeks ago.
My SiL (Son in Law) said we would mail out the DX700 later this week...

I suppose I can start getting pieces ready and marked, as well as some test sticks to practice on.

Got back to my Florida house on Sunday to find my new LR32 Set on the doorstep!
Won't have a chance to play with it until July though. Headed back to Africa on Friday for six weeks.

Cheers,
Frank

So i sold my T15 & Ti15 as i wanted to condense my battery voltages to Festool 18v and the 10.8v

So after the sale i went and bought the new TXS as a replacement for my T15.  I have only used the T15 for light to medium work so felt the TXS would handle it.  The Choice to go the TXS was also a way of adding some batteries as back ups for my CSX if needed.

All heavy cutting drilling for me is done with the DRC18 and BHC18

As for the Ti15 that was replaced by a Milwaukee Impact as i already had a selection of other 18v Milwaukee tools.

Well, last week I made my first every Festool purchases, some systainers:  1 x SYS Mini, 1 x SYS 1 Box, 1 x SYS 3, 1 x SYS 4

Today I ordered 10 x SYS Mini.  I haven't quite determined how I will use them all, but know a bunch of them will be used for screw/nail organization.  2 of the 11 will be used for my GoPro stuff, but may need 3.

I'm expecting to pickup a used RO150 from someone locally, perhaps today, assuming it checks out as advertised, that would be my first official tool purchase.  Then I need to get a CT to go with it....

Well, I've just placed an order for an MFT/3.
I've been on the fence about getting one for a few years now but taking the plunge now. I've made do with my rather traditional workbench for some time and served me well but with its own limitations. It's a lot of money for a table and short rail, so I'm sure hoping it will get a lot of use.
I'm a bit anxious over whether I should have spent the money on that or something else....like a nice Jointer instead.  [unsure]

Today I received/bought absolutely doodly squat.

But yesterday, I received my parallel guides from Precision Dogs.  I intend to assemble and use them this holiday weekend to see how they compare to the Festool guides.

I guess I might as well do the same with the Incra/Seneca set I've had for several months still sitting unassembled and unused.

I think it will be nice to have one set hooked up to my FS3000 rail and the other set available for cross-cutting perhaps, or one set of guides set up with longer guides, the other with shorter guides.

Which will leave one set to put up for sale.  That will leave me a few days to decide if I like either/both the Precision Dogs and/or Seneca guides, or if I should once again look at the Woodpeckers OTT guides.

A 48 tooth TS-55 blade, thats what happens when you wait to long to send blades out to be sharpened. Packed and shipped 19 blades to Leitz for service today. Order 2 Kapex blades from Tom-------overnighted.

The items I ordered the other day would make most cringe. Most are due here tomorrow also, the rest has to wait for July 1 to ship.

Ordered a fs3000 rail and a cleaning kit as I needed another hose.  I'll probably order a 27 hose end to make an adapter tomorrow.

@TheTrooper;

This was my previous sharpening list. Their receipt does not break down cost per item. The total cost with shipping to and from Grand Rapids via UPS was $100.00.

To whom it may concern,

Enclosed you will find;

1- Festool 19 mm straight flute router bit

6- Festool 48 tooth saw blades for the TS-55

1- Festool 60 tooth saw blade for the Kaoex

Please sharpen and return them to the address shown above and below. I would really appreciate if you could return them in the original sleeves as I have shipped them. I store my blades hanging from the sleeve.

I was cutting cement board with one of the blades, hopefully it is salvageable.

I will be paying the invoice via credit card. My phone number is in the address blocks.

Thank you,

Tom

Hi all,

I've been lurking here for a while learning a lot. I've had the TS55 and CT Midi for a couple months now and I was instantly hooked to Festool. I pulled the trigger the other night on the OF 1400 and an ETS 150/3 from Bob. Can't wait to get them! Looking at getting the Domino 500 pretty quick as well.

It never ends!

I've checked out this site several times over the past few months but was finally able to purchase some Festool products this past week.  Had a local cabinet shop go out of business and auction off their equipment.  They had tons of machinery, tools, and lumber so of course I ended up spending more than I expected but picked up the following tools:

Rotex with a couple of boxes of 220 grit pads
TS 55 EQ Track Saw with 55" and 118" rails, 3 clamps, and 3 extra blades
Domino 500Q
Systainer for Dominos and two additional 500 count boxes of size 8 and 10 dominos.

They had several ETS 125-EQ sanders and a MIDI but the price on those was close enough to retail pricing that I would rather pay a little extra and get it new even though the tools probably would've still been worth it.  Everything in the shop was in great condition and you could tell the guys that had it took care of everything.  The rails I got with the track saw even came in a poplar box they made to protect them from getting dinged up or bent.
