KSC60 UG Stand & extension wings accuracy.

I just got the KCS60 along with the stand and extension wings... It's metric but I've decided I'm just going to deal with it.. I'm wondering if anyone has used this setup.  I can't get accurate cuts using the left side as the measuring side.  Am I missing something?  It seems to be about 3-5 cm? mm? ... still learning metric...

Have you calibrated the wings so that the ruler is correctly aligned to the blade?
Festool recently did a setup video on YouTube for the KSC-60 with stand and wings.

Calibration is the ticket!  Do that and all will be good.  I have had a Kapex, stand and extension wings for years.  The setup is extremely accurate.  I put two flag stops on each extension wing.  This allows me to have two positive stops for repeat cuts on each side.
