Festool (and other cool tools) in Frankfurt/Nuremberg
« on: October 14, 2019, 11:20 PM »
I'm going to be travelling to Frankfurt and Nuremburg next week as part of a vacation.  Does anyone know of a great tool store in those cities that I should check out?  Would love to check out some of the things not available in North America.  Besides Festool, I've recently started amassing a collection of German hand tools as well.  :)

There are a couple of Festool Dealers in the area, but if you are mobile, it might make sense to check out Werkzrugstore24 in Flörsheim, which is inbetween Frankfurt and Wiesbaden...

Werkzeugstore24 Fachmarkt
Zahrt Handels-GmbH/Werkzeugstore24.de
Mariechen-Graulich-Str. 2
65439 Flörsheim

I have not visited the store, yet, but ordered a lot from them, mostly good pricing and good availability...

Hope this helps.
What did you do wrong to have holiday in Germany this time of year? ;)

Thank you for the recommendations!  I'm going to be in Frankfurt on Monday.  Going to see if I can sneak over there.

We're just visiting for my sister's birthday.  We've mostly the touring around the smaller towns in Bavaria and the Alps.  The weather has been fantastic so far!
