Dust bag for Carvex?

Hello,

Would anyone know about a (commercially available) dust bag which would fit on the dust exhaust pipe of the Carvex?

I doubt that anyone would bother. There is nothing to make the dust go into it?

I need very fine dust (to mix up with glue and fill in place where I can't use coarser saw dust in the mixture).
 I have blades with very thin teeth (S75 / 1,4K) creating very fine dust which I would like to collect with a dust bag.

A sander with dust bag and whatever grit paper you need sounds easier to me.

I suppose you could try using a rubber band and some diy bag attached to the dustport.  But the sander would definitely be more efficient at producing the finest dust.  Even absent a dust bag, you could grab the one of your rotexes (rotices?), a bucket or a large pot, and generate more than enough sawdust in a few minutes.

If you go the sander route (which is probably your best bet) don't use the ETS EC sanders as they do not have internal impellers just like the Carvex.

@bidn  - If you still want to go the Carvex route vs. sanding, just put a large container under whatever your carvex'ing. Even with a vac hose attached, most of the sawdust that gets created when I use mine ends up on the floor. Quite a bit of it, I might add...

I get pretty good dust collection with mine. You do have to move rather slowly, or even "pulse" by slowing/stopping to allow the suction to keep up, but it does work.

Some sanders have a turbine inside to blow the dust into the bag. Some tools like the TS create most of their dust with speed and direction. The Carvex does neither. The bag will collect nothing, except some dust on the outside.

Thank you for your answers.

I am not at my normal place, but at a location where I don't have my Rotex, and have to work outdoor, pieces being held by SuperJaws xxl (so container below is not easy, with a little breeze carrying away the fine dust).

In the end I managed to create the fine dust by carving with the Festool Vecturo multitool (I understand it to be actually made by the Fein company).
