Confused on the ct hoses ?
« on: May 08, 2022, 05:50 PM »
I’m trying to create a d27 pigtail to connect to my d36 hose but I’m a bit confused. Here is a tool end of my d36 newer style hose

And here is the older ribbed d27 hose that I have

What do I need to do to accomplish this?

Take off the big end of the D27 which can be done with a small screwdriver. Plug remaining part of it into the D36 hose end. That is how I use my D27 21" whip hose on the end of the boom arm with a D36 hose.

Another option is to purchase one of the newer vac side ends for the D27 hose that will allow the D36 tool end to plug into it.

Like this?

Do you happen to have the part number for newer vac side connector?
