Over 5 years old, it's still as accurate as I expect it to be.

Tuned using the 4-cut calibration about 4 years ago and checked again about one year ago (using just a square), it has stayed true in making square cuts.

A 8-1/2" workpiece was cut this morning, and it came out dead square as verified by a Starrett and a Veritas. The 5-foot board was edge-trued on the SawStop PCS after thicknessing.

Did you check it “just-cause” as I call it or did you suspect?

I’ve also got a Sawstop/Kapex and love them both.

They actually sent me a 3’x5’ Sawstop banner if you want(I have 2).

I check my machines (including the table saw) for accuracy occasionally when I maintain them for lubrication, etc. (no fixed schedule... 2 or 3 years?).

Indeed, the SawStop/Kapex combo is hard to beat for amateurs. I also use the SawStop for jointing, resawing, and circle-cutting.

Instead of banners, I picked up a few activated brake/blades from the SawStop demos, and have made a couple of clocks out of them, similar to the one in the image.

Ive had mines since 2011, used it on 2 continents one I had to use a tranny to convert from 230V to 110 and havent had a issue with it

I have had my Kapex for 6 or 7 years.  I store it on a UG Stand and have the metric extensions.  I have never had an issue although I know several people on FOG have had motor issues.  The accuracy, ease of setup and portability are what sold me on the solution.  Still glad I made the purchase.
