Title: Bpc 15v won’t charge properly

Hi all,

Quick question, I have a 15v bpc battery pack which when plugged in to charge shows full after about 30 seconds. It isn’t full as when plugged into the tool,the indicator light only shows 1 out of 3 bars...

Any suggestions what to try or is it likely a dead duck? I do have two of these battery packs and swapped the chips from one battery to the other to check, but has done nothing. Volt meter across the terminals prove anything?

Try wriggling the battery when first inserted in charger. On mine the terminals do not always align even though the battery looks to be fully inserted.
