The fastest way to drill 32mm holes without LR 32-SYS

No LR 32-SYS? No problem!

I created quite simple jig to make 32mm holes with OF1010 only with KR 10D-10,8 and  8mm plywood. It’s 120cm long but you can make as long as you need.

It’s really fast, precise and cheap.

Take care
Mike

I did the same with parf mk II (it can do 20mm holes with 32mm spacings). It comes with 3 3mm alignment pins included so I drilled pin holes for common distances from long and short edge for very quick alignment, just need to clamp the thing. Also the first hole is 5mm so that a 5mm shelf pin can be used for extension when longer row of holes is required than the jig length.
