Homemade wye for ct 22?

Anyone make one?  If so, what parts did you use?

Fein makes a compact inexpensive Y that fit Festool vacs and hoses.

May be discontinued. This is what it used to be known as,

I think all the good Fein vacuum adapters got discontinued! Ive been looking for a reasonably priced why to Y split a CT vacs inlet too!
If at first you don't succeed, redefine success!
