Not my video, but I happened to see this and thought it was one of the cooler things I've seen someone do to modify the operation of the Domino. I do wish there was something like this offered by Festool.

Safety note: Keep your fingers away from sharp spinny things.  [big grin]

Very cool. I'd love to see the rest of the setup. 

I came across this "Plate Joiner Table" in Shopnotes #33 that is very similar.

Nick James from @jamesdesign on Twitter has a great jig that has evolved through a few generations. A little more of the mechanism on show in this one...

I thought it's Dantes' (at least the YT account Shane linked is his).  Nick James' jig uses a lever arm to push the Domino.  Dantes' appears to use a foot pedal controlled pneumatic cylinder.

These are great, now if any of them have drawings on how to build them I'd definitely take the time for it. I'll check out everything entirely later today

The approach laid out in SN33 is pretty simple: just a foot pedal and a pivot arm. See attachment. I prefer the foot pedal approach as it frees the hands, but the hand-pulling method is easier to build.

Looks like it's probably attached to the metal plate using the attachment points for the support foot.

Thanks. I just remembered the threaded holes on the base after I posted my question. But it was nice to see your pictures and your measurements that I can simply copy to save my time in figuring them out.
