The examples given in your pictures are not small components. Any particular reason why those long pieces were not cut in the typical way, with the work clamped on the bench and the XL brought to the work (using the trim stop and/or pins for registration and repeatability)?
I think Bob was answering my question showing the use of the dock with
narrow stock. He probably shouldn't have said small components but as they say, there's more than one way to skin a cat.
I'm still trying to work out whether the Big Foot has anything extra to offer over my existing Domiplate but I can't see it.
