replacement part 14 of FESTO AT65 SAW

Hi, i'm from Italy and i'd received the festo at65 with a problem. There is not a part 14 on datasheet manual.



The saw has this problem. I can't block the deep of saw. could you help me with a photo please? I want to remake with a 3d printer because festool italia has not this part for replacement.

Hi I was hopeing some one else would reply because that part on mine is broken and has been for 10 years.I loaned the saw out and it came back jammed. I took it apart and removed the broken part and it has worked fine since then. I took the saw apart today and took pictures of the part. I also am including a drawing of what I believe is the whole piece with dimensions.I hope it helps. Don

Unfortunately, that part is no longer available  [sad] I then considered swapping out the part for the AT 55 part but that is also no longer available. The part number is 439919 and it is used in both the AT 55 & AT 65 saws. Here's a small photo of it and maybe someone out there is capable of producing a 3D sample of it.

The Festool Spare Parts catalog (EKAT) shows that part #14 is no longer available.

The part number happens to be 439919, but it is no longer available to order from Festool or places like MMToolPartss.

That said, with the part number, you may be able to call around to some really long-standing dealers or Festool themselves to see if there are any of these parts still lying around?

I don't know that a 3D replacement would suffice.  Perhaps just some blue tape or another method to block the plunge depth?  Or find a broken saw being sold for parts.
