Cannot help with this one, but for manuals - sans various unofficial collections also on this forum - the best place to start is in the Festool Service/part catalogue - "eKat".

The eKat is country-specific so if tools were not sold in some country you cannot find in the eKat for that contry and need to search in another country eKat data set.
You browse there for your tool and there are manuals for almost all tools Festool/Festo/Protool ever made.
Do note that the Basis system is considered a "tool", not an accessory, so you can still find it there. (Most) accessories are not in eKat ...
Also, consider just dropping a mail to your local Festool rep - the contacts are on the website. They may be able to share with you docu which is otherwise not available on the web. Festool is a VERY customer-centric company on this.
