Where does this part go in my Kapex

I took my Kapex apart to clean the interior as the plunge action was not smooth. It hung up when starting the plunge. Well cleaning the parts helped. However I did have an extra part laying on the table when I got it back together. Picture attached.
Do not see the part listed on EKAT. Can someone tell or show me where this strip should be.

It acts as a bushing for the bladeguard. See this video at about 5 minutes in:
