Anyone having problems submitting tool warranty info with Festoolusa?I registered 2 tools a couple weeks ago, no problem, went to register more after they had a "system update"last week and now they want you to download sales receipt but having trouble with that part.

I had the same problem last night. My invoice is a hard copy and I do not have a fax machine. I sent them an e-mail yesterday asking how to proceed, and they have not responded to me yet.

Call them would be the advice I could give.
