Previous Tool Registrations Not in My Record

I recently bought a new sander and registered it online. In the process I noticed that my old login didn't work and I needed to create a new one which was no problem. However, none of my tools previously registered under my old login (which, by the way, used the same email address) were shown under my login. For most tools this isn't a problem since they are out of warranty already. I do own at least 3 that are still under warranty. Must I re-register those?

Please send us an email (service@festoolusa.com) with your login and the tools in question. Please include, Sr/Tr and purchase dates. This will allow us to track/merge accounts if possible.

Afte I inquired about that via email a few weeks ago, I received a response from Festool suggesting that I submit a list of tools with TNR and SNR numbers along with date of purchase and there would be an attempt to merge my old and new information. I didn't respond since I only have 2 tools which are not out of warranty and one of those is listed now and the other was apparently updated when I sent it in for service about a month ago.
