Re:  CT33E Dust extractor (2005)  TDK12 Drill Cordless Drill C12 2.4 Ah Set, NEW (PC1224S).

       Attempting to register the above tools (just for online record keeping) but unable to do so b/c ID plate lacking info.
I don't see the T-Nr or S-Nr #'s on the ID plate that are on all of the other newer tools. It does have a B.-Nr and an M.-Nr#. The B.-Nr substituted for the T-Nr#, but the M.-Nr# was not accepted as the S-Nr on the registration form. How can I register this dust extractor? Thanks

You might want to give Festool USA a call.  Obviously the holidays are here and staffing might be lower than normal which might result in longer than normal wait times.

Given the age of the tools, this process may need to be done manually through customer support.
