want to verify I sent problem query to proper group

I have a problem with my RO150 -> plugit -> ct22 not working. I sent a message through the contact us in festoolusa.com. I want to double check and make sure I should have sent the query to 'Product Supprt'. I saw 'Repairs' there but figured it was for something already sent in for a repair.
