Hi,
I was curious as a customer to know why the web link below hasn't been updated for a very, very long time and refined with more current information on the current deployment of your environmental policies? Posting proclamations is one thing but seeing actual implementations is more important given a lot has changed in the last 5 years.

Given that the updated MINI/MIDI vacs have been needlessly designed with a filter where you not only discard the filter (as it was with the older CT vacs) but also what effectively is a part of the case of the vac itself (instead of having a perfectly washable drawer by having the filter only clipped in)... indicates to me that care for the environment isn't a main focus of todays operations.

There seem to be a lot of opportunities in production as well as product development and improved life-cycles. But it seems odd to leave up old outdated information on the website and think somehow the seriousness of the issue is actually represented etc.
