Domino model difference
« on: February 08, 2011, 09:19 PM »
I was looking at the reconditioned Domino and the item number is 574258 and has a original price somewhat less than the current price.  The current item number is 574307.  What is the difference between these two Domino machines or is there any difference?

Welcome to the forum.

The difference is that the "original" (574258) version had metal pins for indexing. The newer, and current, version has plastic flaps (574307). The change took place in July 2009. There have been many discussions here on the forum about which model is better. I think the general consensus is that they are both equally good.

Edit: I should mention that inventory is EXTREMELY low on this tool and it may be out of stock before you order.
