Customer Service Hours

  @Festool USA

Can you please tell me what your actual customer service and repair hours are?  It is clearly not the 8-5 that is advertised on your website, since I was just informed by a lady answering your phones that everyone has already left for the day.

So much for leaving work early so I could make the phone call while in front of my tool.

This was, by the way, after being on hold for over 30 minutes and having to call back...  All before 5PM.  Apparently when you keep flexible hours, you also don’t need to turn off the phones.

Maybe they are having trouble with the phones. That does happen sometimes.

Ive never had this problem theyve always answered my call with in their hours of work

@jobsworth , normally, I would agree.  But someone (clerical/admin/whatever) DID answer the phone.  She was looking for who to transfer me to and then said they had all left for the day.  I could be wrong, and/or they could have changed things, but when I was out there for a class, they all sat in one big room.
