Application Support

I called Festool USA last week and again this week to ask application support a couple questions.  I called during normal business hours according to the automated response.  Both times a second automated response came back saying the office is closed.  I left a message last week as well.  Anyone know when phone support will be available again?

I spoke with them today and didn't have an issue getting ahold of anyone, perhaps try again if you're still waiting.

If you get Eric from Application Support, just hang up or ask for someone else – he's pretty bad.
